Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
Spritz is a trading name of Pacific 5 LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Spritz”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit spritzandco.com, book a call, pay us, or work with us, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what we need to talk to you and do the work, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
When you visit the website
The site has no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. The free tools on the site run in your browser and do not send us what you type into them.
When you book a call
Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, the time you pick and your answers in the booking form, and passes them to us so we can prepare.
When you pay
Payments run on Stripe’s own secure checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We see your name, email address, billing details, the plan you chose and whether the payment went through.
When we email you
We send email through Brevo, which may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
When you are a client
To make your content we handle what you send us: recordings, brand materials, notes, and any account access you choose to give. It sits in the tools we produce and store work in, such as Frame.io and Google Drive, and we track our work with you in HubSpot. Some production steps use AI tools. We use your material only to make your content. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models of our own.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run calls, and deliver the work you pay for.
- To bill you and keep the records tax law requires.
- To send you emails you asked for or that relate to your account.
- To keep the site and our accounts secure.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers named above, each for its own job, and the people on our team who work on your account. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We disclose it to anyone else only if the law requires it.
Our team and providers work in several countries, so your information may be handled outside the country you live in.
How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client material: while we work together, then up to 12 months so you can ask for files again.
- Payment and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy, by emailing awais@spritzandco.com. We reply within 30 days and may first confirm it is really you. We keep records the law requires us to keep. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also object to how we use your data and complain to your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other sites, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we post the new version here with a new date, and tell current clients by email.
